Privacy PolicyFlexGuard Privacy Policy: What This Site Holds
This website takes no payment and stores no card details.
An order is placed on the seller's own checkout, which is where payment data goes. What this desk holds is what you send it: the contents of a form or an email, and ordinary server records. The order desk holds the order itself, which is a separate system with its own record.
Written in the order a reader actually wants it: what is collected, who else sees it, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.
What this FlexGuard website collects
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your name and email | Only if you fill in a form or write in | To answer you. Nothing else. |
| The message you send | Same | To answer the question in it. |
| An order ID you quote | Only if you type one into a form | To pass the enquiry to the desk that can see the order. |
| Server log data | On every request | IP address, browser, page and time, held for security and for counting visits. |
| Card details | Never | Payment happens on the seller's checkout, not here. |
Five rows, and the fifth is the one worth reading. No page on this website has a card field on it.
Who else sees FlexGuard order data
- BuyGoods, the retailer and payment processor, sees the order and the payment because it takes both. Its own terms apply at the checkout.
- The order desk sees the order record, including the shipping address, because it fulfils and refunds.
- The carrier sees the delivery address, because a parcel needs one.
- This website desk sees only what you send it directly.
- Nobody else. This desk does not sell, rent or trade personal data, and there is no advertising network embedded in these pages.
The fonts on this site are loaded from a third-party font service, which means that service receives a request from your browser when a page loads. That is the only external request any page here makes that is not one you clicked.
How long FlexGuard enquiries are kept
| Data | Kept for | Then |
|---|---|---|
| A form message or email | As long as the enquiry is open, plus 24 months | Deleted |
| Server logs | Up to 12 months | Rotated out |
| Order records | Held by the order desk under its own retention terms | Ask that desk |
| Anything you ask to have removed | Until the request is processed | Deleted, and the deletion confirmed to you |
This desk cannot delete an order record it does not hold. That request goes to the order desk, and this desk will say so rather than pretend otherwise.
Your rights, and how to use them with FlexGuard
You can ask what this desk holds about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] from the address you wrote in with, Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET.
If the request concerns an order rather than a message to this website, it goes to the order desk on +1 (877) 257-0710, which is the party that holds it. Sending it here first costs a day.
Cookies: this website sets none of its own for tracking. Your browser may store ordinary preferences, and the font service may set its own, which is a matter for that service's terms.
This product is for adults aged 18 and over and this website is not directed at anyone younger. No data is knowingly collected from a child, and anything received in error is deleted on request to [email protected].
What this FlexGuard website deliberately does not do
- No advertising network. There is no ad tag, no remarketing pixel and no conversion tracker embedded in any page here.
- No session recording. Nothing on this site watches a mouse, records a scroll path or replays a visit.
- No behavioural profile. Nothing here builds a record of what you read in order to show you something else later.
- No card field. Payment happens on the seller’s checkout, which means a card number cannot be captured here even by accident.
- No newsletter capture. The two forms on this site ask a question and send it to a desk. Neither subscribes you to anything.
That list is short because the site is small and static. It is written down because an absence a reader cannot verify is worth stating, and because the commonest privacy problem on a page like this is not a policy that lies but a third-party script nobody mentioned.
There is one external request every page makes that you did not click: the typefaces are loaded from a font service, so that service receives a request from your browser. Naming it is the honest alternative to a policy that says no third parties and then quietly has one.
