FlexGuard Refund Policy: Sixty Days From Purchase

The window is sixty days from the date of purchase.

A refund needs a phone call first, then a return authorisation, then a parcel posted with tracking at your own cost. Return postage is the buyer's unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong through the seller's error. Opened bottles are accepted once the return has been authorised.

The guarantee page explains why the wording matters. This page is the procedure itself: what to do, in what order, with what in the box.

Ten rows. The second and the ninth are the ones that decide whether a claim goes smoothly.

The procedure

How to return FlexGuard, step by step

Six steps. Skipping the second one is the commonest way a refund takes three weeks longer than it should.

Count sixty days from the day you paid

The window is sixty days from the date of purchase, so it is already running while the order is processed and while the parcel travels. That date is on the order confirmation email.

Call the order desk with your order ID

The number is on the order email and in the footer here. The website address cannot see orders, so it cannot start a refund.

Ask for a return authorisation and the return address

Do not post bottles back before you have it. An unannounced parcel can be refused, and a refused parcel is a refund that never starts.

Put your full name, email and order ID inside the box

A box with nothing in it but bottles is the commonest reason a refund stalls.

Post it with tracking, at your own cost

Return postage is the buyer's unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong through the seller's error. Keep the tracking number until the money lands.

Expect the credit, then wait for the card

The desk issues the refund and the bank posts it. Those are two separate waits and the second one belongs to your bank.

Honest critique

What slows a FlexGuard refund down

A parcel with no name in it

A box containing only bottles cannot be matched to an order. Full name, the email on the order and the order ID, on a piece of paper, inside the box.

A return posted without authorisation

An unannounced parcel can be refused at the door, and a refused parcel goes back to you rather than into the refund queue.

No tracking number

Without one there is no evidence the parcel was sent. Keep the receipt until the money has actually landed on the card.

Writing to the website address

It cannot see orders. It will forward the message, which costs a day or two. +1 (877) 257-0710 is the desk that can act.

Afterwards

After the FlexGuard parcel arrives back

The desk issues the refund and your bank posts it. Those are two separate waits, and only the first one belongs to the seller. A refund that has been issued but has not appeared is a bank question rather than a seller one, and the order desk can tell you which of the two you are in.

Keep the tracking number until the money is on the card. It is the only document that proves a parcel left, and it costs nothing to keep.

A refund is a purchase policy, not a verdict

Returning a product says the transaction did not suit you. It says nothing about the formula and nothing about whether it would suit somebody else. The FTC's guidance on health product claims treats a guarantee and a product claim as two different things, and so does this desk.

Two awkward cases

Part-used bottles, and returning part of a FlexGuard pack

Two questions come up often enough to answer them in their own section, because the honest answer to both is more generous than people expect.

An opened bottle. It is accepted, once the return has been authorised. That is the only arrangement that makes sense: a bottle you never opened tells you nothing about whether the product suited you, and a window that only covered sealed bottles would be a window you could not use.

Part of a pack. A three-bottle order is one order with one order ID, so the claim is made against the order rather than against a bottle. Send back what you have, opened and unopened together, and keep the paperwork inside the box rather than loose in the parcel.

  • Authorise first, post second. In that order, every time.
  • Full name, the email on the order and the order ID, on paper, inside the box.
  • Send the whole order back rather than picking out the sealed bottles.
  • Post it with tracking and keep the receipt until the money lands.
  • Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
