Give it two more working days if tracking is still moving

A scan that is a day old is a parcel in transit. A scan that is four days old, or a tracking number with no scans at all, is the point at which a call is worth making.

Call the order desk, not the carrier

The seller raised the shipment and is the party the carrier will talk to. A buyer chasing a carrier directly usually ends up being sent back to the seller anyway.

Say what the tracking says

Delivered but missing, no scans since a date, or returned to sender are three different problems with three different answers, and naming which one you have saves a round trip.

Note what it does to your window

The sixty days run from the day you paid, so a parcel that took three weeks has already spent three weeks of them before you opened it. Say so on the call: a desk that knows the clock is short can act differently.
